I rarely have enough time to bake these days. But with Easter just around the corner, my boyfriend and I were inspired to make some fun spring inspired cupcakes.  For the first batch we used coconut shavings and almond slivers to resemble a bunny rabbit. On the second batch, we used some fun toothpick decorations from World Market. I can't wait to eat them!
